Chirping Birds and Fragrant Flowers (Wisteria)
After spending the last couple of days watching the televised Olympics on TV, it's back to the painting block for me: continuing the freehand painting of calendar images of the flowers (Wisteria, a kind of flowering vine) and the birds using the one-stroke technique.

Woh-ho!! Beautiful!!! I like how the bird in the first painting is look back and upward, seemingly pensive or reminiscing. I really like the second painting too!!!!!
Absolutely gorgeous! The colors are so lively and evocative. A perfect blending of bird and nature.
