Virtuous, Loving, and Happy: The Ingredients of a Life Fulfilled

Virtuous, Loving, and Happy: The Ingredients of a Life Fulfilled, expressed in Chinese calligraphy, with complementary artistic expressions of Nature, issued from my brush, wielded in my hand, conjured up in my mind.

Being virtuous is doing wholesome deeds. It is more than not doing bad deeds.

Hapiness ensues naturally from doing virtuous deeds, while not expecting something in return, altruism incarnate.

Love then fills the world, permeating every nook and corner, leaving no room for the negative emotions in life.

That in turn moves others into the virtuous cycle, elevating humanity into true happiness and sublimate love.

And a popular Chinese adage to share: We won't know how tough a matter is until we experience it. We won't lament the scarcity of books until we need them.

My favorite one is "Happiness" with the plum blossom tree. I like how it appears to be sitting on the tree.
