Appreciating Flowers
Flowers are ubiquitous and have inspired many a poet and a painter, who has transmitted their exquisite elegance through words and artworks, respectively. These are some flower paintings patterned after the collection of Chinese brush painting books that I have accumulated over the years (just months really).

Just the thing to calm the senses. The second one here is my favourite.
Ooo! I especially like the first three. I like the roots in the fourth one, but the color of the leaf is a little too bright? I really like the flowers in the first one. The leaves/grass in that one really look like they are growing right before your eyes--neat!
