A Happy Mother's Day to all
Today's art class is on drawing Orchid and I took the opportunity to combine it with an excerpt from a famous Tang Dynasty Chinese poem that expounds on the unconditional love of a mother that knows no bound and is beyond any act of repaying, no matter how hard we try, to send a Happy Mother's Day greeting to all.

In Harmony
The painting buddies got together as scheduled today, a Friday, which would have been a public holiday, Labor Day, if we were in Malaysia. But we are not. However, we took time off to have lunch at TGIF instead, joined by Mark and Christina, both being children of Mrs. Kim, and CE. And I got enough time to finish these two paintings of birds, butterflies, and flowers in a harmonious setting.
